How do I make arrangements to return or exchange an item I have ordered and received?
We first ask that you contact us to discuss the matter. Once we have an understanding of why you would like to return or exchange an item, we will provide you with instructions and details on how to ship items back to us and how we will handle the process. We send all shipments via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail service.
What do I do in the event that a product arrives damaged, non-functional, or in an unacceptable condition?
Please contact us within 15 days of the date on which you placed your order to discuss the matter. We are happy to make arrangements to replace items that are damaged in shipment.
Can I review the orders I have placed on the Mountain Plains Fabrics Web site in the past?
Currently, it is not possible to view order history on this Web site. Since we do not require user registration, we have no way of presenting this information to returning customers.
